#ULOG no. 15: After Sunday Mass Mostly Filipino Buy This Kind Of Cake :) (Philippines Cake) You are not filipino if you dont know this :)

BIBINGKA - is a type of rice cake native to the Philippines. This is traditionally made from galapong (milled glutinous rice), coconut milk, margarine, and sugar. During dawn masses on Christmas season, side street vendors are a common sight preparing and selling this delicious rice cake along with “puto bumbong”.

But her in negros you can see this after mass outside the church so many vendor selling it and not only christmas they sell this, But every sunday too, This is really tradition to us like when you don't buy this after mass you feel like your not complete because the second reason too that you are happy going to church is to buy and taste this one time in a week this very delicious kind of cake.
