This past two months of being at home, I decided I wanted to add some weight, I wanted to grow my biceps and triceps and then grow my glutes together with my quadriceps and calves.
I have been trying to hit the target.
First of all I tried to drink as much water as possible,practice my workout routines everyday except Sundays and increase my protein intake by eating more protein rich foods.
I was weighing 62kg but my target is 70kg
It’s been quite easy considering the fact that it’s been my lifestyle for some time now.
I decided I would check my weight once in every week!
From 62kg it got to 64.8kg and now am stuck at 69kg for weeks now, I have been stuck at 69Kg!
I guess my target of just hitting 70kg is 1kg away and my patience is growing thin!
Anyways, I checked again and am still 69kg
What do you think I should do?
