Worry no more to left over food from last night as sometimes, we dont want to eat those left over because we want a new dish for the next day.
"Having left over dishes is not a mess."
You just need to be creative even on foods. Today, I will share to you on what I did with our left over fried dish.
HOW?
I have these left over fried dish:
- fried chicken
- meat loaf
Any dish will do as long as it is meat.
Ingredients:
- rice (I used left over rice too)
- left over dish
- minced nion
- minced garlic
- oil/butter
- salt
- soy sauce
- pepper
- other seasonings
Let's do it!
1- mince garlic, onion and left over dish.
2- Heat pan into medium heat; melt butter when hot (you can also use oil).
3- When melted; sauté onion and garlic
4- Add the minced left over dish
5- Add soy sauce; leave for a minute
6- Add rice
Then, mix well
7- I added this frozen mixed vegetables *(carrot, corn and peas) to add color and nutrients. It's better and pretty.
I sautéd it last because I want it crunchy.
Then, mix.
Before serving, I added this boiled egg on top of my fried rice.
Then SERVE!
This is good for breakfast and you can also bring it for lunch after work.
