Sunday morning

in #ulog6 years ago (edited)

I read this poem from the clone Steemit--Weku, it is so beautiful, so I can't help translating it into Chinese here! The original poem's name is "At peace", I just turn it into "Sunday morning"! It reminds me of those extremely sweet mornings with my late American husband in my life.

I believe that in everyone's life, there must be a time when we are blessed to love and be loved at the same time.

"The instant will be eternal when the heart is brimming of love!" I keep on walking into the lane of memory to make that kind of feeling alive!

How does it feel to awake next to your soul mate? My answer in this poem. :-)

Sunday morning

He wakes up
And looks at her.
The beauty of his dreams,
The touching image of youth
He once breathed into perfection.

Without touching her skin,
He draws a map of joy
Across her face.

He is at peace
Because she is sleeping soundly.
The dust in the room
Has not once settled on her body.

A certain type of light
Now kisses her eyelids.
A slight tinge of a smile
Now appears on her lips.

She knows that she is loved.
She knows it so well
That invisible words can be heard
In this room where their bodies
First met, ten years ago.

She is the only one,
The only one who matters.

For what matters is infinity.
And she is a treasure-trove of it.

He stands up
And looks at her.

She is the mirror of his inner thoughts,
The passionate incarnation of his emotions.

And he knows that he is loved.
He knows it so well
That his mind shivers
At the thought of her kiss.

Outside, rain is falling.
And it is Sunday.

Still: Not okay, as you're being paid for work you did not create.

Gina Fraser, you have plagiarized this post. In addition, you have not properly attributed the author. Getting reported!

It is your right! I keep my right!
In fact, on the contrary, It is your honor for your poem to be translated it into Chinese. Other PMI members even ask me to forward their blogs to my other accounts.
When they find their blogs are forwarded by me, they'll be appreciated and say "Thank you" to me!
You are so rude and impolite!
Anyone can click "Weku" to check who is the original author! I don't repeat it again!

@ginafraser,

In fact, on the contrary, It is your honor for your poem to be translated it into Chinese. Other PMI members even ask me to forward their blogs to my other accounts.

That is not the point. You did not ask permission to use their work which is inconsiderate. I'm am sorry for your loss but that does not excuse the action.

Please, understand and, as a courtesy, seek the author and ask permission as is proper as you should not assume anybody is obligated to be happy about your translating their work without attribution.

Have a good one.

It is your freedom to exert your depostic power if you have more Steem power!
No need to tell so many high-sounding reasons. My American husband died in China miserably, it is God's arrangement. Only let people from all over the world know how his American family are made of iron and steel, instead of fresh and blood. How can they have no sympathy, but an icy machine to abide by the bloody rule! People must abide by the evil ancient Indian Safi system!
A huge shame in the western world!
They don't abide by the sacred international marriage law, depriving me of my inheritance right shamelessly!

You plagiarized @cendrinemedia post and poetry without asking or mentioning her! I ask @steemcleaners to take some action about this!

You can! I don't know so many people care about my blog in @ginafraser. However, I have other accounts in Steemit, I copied a lot of blogs in it, but nobody upvotes or downvotes my another Steemit account! nobody notices or reads it. I am glad that @ginafraser is not forgotten all along, like I never forget my late American husband! Thank you for remembering @ginafraser! Any poem being translated into Chinese should be proud! Because the author can be famous, too!
I have experienced the horrible death, nobody cares about it. No need to ask @steemcleaners, you'd better report to president of the United Nations to punish me!
P.S. I read that poem from Weku accidently, I have posted a Weku link, anyone can know who is the original author. I doubt how you use the word "plagiarize" here if you are a professional author. Of course, if I know that author has also an account in Steemit, I will not post my Chinese translation in Steemit.
