Yeah being qualified, following contracts, and working hard is not even what is expected from the union much less the sales people selling the show. Production in this town is losing their work to non union companies like 3g even. Its a complete mess. Also im fairly certian Illinois is not a right to work state and Ibew does a majority of stage work not iatse but that is changing slightly.
