Friends today I will share with you, this rich recipe for hamburger meat, made with eggplant.
Eggplant: in its chemical composition contains vitamin A, B1, B2, C and E, very rich in minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus, in addition to some other components such as folic acid, fiber and carbohydrates.
Ingredients:
1 Large aubergine
2 Sweet peppers.
1 sprig of coriander.
1 sprig of green onions
1 Teaspoon cumin or seasonings to taste.
4 Cloves of garlic.
1 onion.
1/2 cup of flour
2 teaspoons of English sauce.
preparation:
1- Peel the aubergine and chop into pieces.
2- It is cooked until it is soft.
3- Chopped cilantro, chives, onion, ajies and garlic.
4-Aubergine, cilantro, chives, onion, ajies and garlic are poured into the whole pike or blender for about 2 minutes.
5-Once all the ingredients have been liquefied, place in a medium cup and add the flour, the English sauce and the seasonings to taste and mix everything.
6-Knead round and place on the plate.
7-Cook for 5 minutes and then turn and leave 5 minutes more.
