I only caught a cab once or twice when I lived in the United States.

Are people sharing cabs in the United States nowadays? @lulabelle

(I.e. chipping in on the cab fees by sharing a cab with strangers)

P.S. Taxis are very common in the Philippines!

    Yep. Normally in our area not so much, but in bigger cities it definitely happens.

    EDIT-I just asked my husband and I guess it happens here with our company more often then I thought. So yes.
