Whenever I feel exhausted I just go to bed. I tried to sleep and rest but my mind keeps on telling me I have a lot of things to do. Truthfully being a father is a tough responsibility. You always feel you need to be strong, you need to work hard, you need to be someone your family can rely on. I don't have the strong body but at least I have a strong mind. That's why the quote "My body is so tired but my mind was still alive!" was created on my mind!

Yap! That's what I'm trying to do. I'm actually imitating my Dad who passed away 8 years ago. He is the most responsible person I know. I'm also trying to do my best to set a good example to my children that they can imitate when they grow up.😊😁

Just make sure you find a way to get the rest and recovery that you need, otherwise your mind will eventually follow your body's lead.
