Ulog: Why You Should Visit Bataan- A Travel Blog

Hi Steemians I know that some of you wants this summer become memorable though it is June already, the weather is still very hot especially in the morning around 10 am to 4pm. Filipino are address as adventurous and love to have some fun. I think that is the reason why I am creating this blog to give you an idea about the pride of my province and off course to give you some idea where you will spend your "HULING HIRIT SA TAG INIT" OR LAST WAVE FOR SUMMER.

WHY SHOULD BATAAN BE ONE OF YOUR BUCKET LIST??

Dambana Ng Kagitingan or the Mount Samat Shrine is in Bataan. It is located in Pilar Bataan. This place is a very nice place. It is part of the Philippine history as it become dedicated to the Filipino and American that has been fallen during world war 2. Mount Samat is one of the tourist spot in Bataan because of its own beauty. You can get to the top by riding a vehicle. The big cross on the top of the mountain is Amazingly created. Who would thought that you can get up to the top of that big cross for only 20 pesos. Yes! You will pay 20 and you can see different kind of armour that our soldiers used on world war two. You can see also the top view of Bataan because it is very high. Pilgrimage where poeple use to walk to dedicate for all who sacficed their lives during the war are being celebrated in the last week of November.

SINAG TALA
If you're looking an adventure Sinag tala is 2 hours away from manila. There are lots of activities that you can do here like sky bikings. You can do it alone or with a group. No worries the sky biking is super safe because as you can see you will wear gears to make sure that you are safe.

This resort is nearly in the mountains and for sure you will enjoy the climate here. They also have pools and beautiful amenities. It is such a wide place and resort.

Tips: You can try the best lomi outside the resort. Since the weather is cold, lomi is perfect for your tummy.

VISTA TALA
If you're a nature lover Vista tala is a perfect get away for you. It is located at Orani Bataan 20 minutes drive away from the SINAG TALA. It has an infinity pool and you can almost touch the mountains. Thet serve also delicious foods inside the resort.

This place is breath taking that's why there lots of tourists fell in love with this place. The mountains and the cold water that base on the owner it came from the Mountain will give refreshing experience in this place. The place is perfect to take pictures since it is very instagramable.

Tips: Don't forget to try the Zipline in Vista Tala because when the clouds are low you can feel that you are swimming in the clouds.

LAS CASAS FILIPINAS DE ACUZAR

This place has been feature many times in television. Who wouldn't be proud that this beautiful place can be seen in our province. If you want to go back in the past and see how places in the Philippines was created this place is the best place for you.

You can see thereare lots of historical infrastructure in this place. You can ride a calesa to explore the 400 hectares heritage Park. There are restaurant also and swimming pool that you can try. Even actors and actresses are use to come in this place. There are lots of tv shows and commercial that was took in this place like Zoro of GMA and the commercial of Milo way back 2015.

PLAYA LA CALETA

This place newly discovered island in Bataan and you will be amaze if you see this. This place is sourounded by the trees and the sand is pure white. The water is very cold and clear that's why you can see corals and other sea creatures, Island hopping and bamboo boating and snorkeling is the best activity when you're in Playa La Caleta.

Last is the MARIVELES FIVE FINGERS
Why it was called 5 fingers? This island is compose of 5 different islands that shapes like our fingers. It was called also a little Batanes. Island hopping is the best activity to do here so that you can see all the islands.

Aside from the white sands in laki beach you will see a different kinds of rock formation that Batanes also have. This place are rich in sea product. Some Travel agency offered a buffet of sea food. The sea foods they are offering are fresh from the fisherman who sells their catched fishes crab and shrimp directly to the people in the resort instead of traveling using their bangka to go to the market and sell it there.

When it comes in activity don't forget the cliff diving and it will complete your Five Fingers tour. It is the most exciting activity that you can do here.

you've just made me put Bataan in my bucket list... Long before I really want to visit that cross...it is so historical and plays a big part of our history...but now that you showed me more... I guess Ill make sure to go there when I get home. Thanks for sharing this to us
