And we've woken up this morning to Putin now putting his nuclear forces on "high alert." Short of that, what we have read about Russia's thermobaric bombs is very sobering ...

Rather than backing down, in the face of the Ukrainian people's will to resist tyranny, he appears more inclined to double down ...
