I was just hanging around in my livingroom when all of a sudden I looked over and my dog had this weird look in his eye. He also had my hat on his head. That hat has been on many adventures in the cold Montana winters, its all scruffy looking and worn, but I just can't seem to get rid of it. Plus whenever I wear it, people say to me "cute hat!" even though it looks like i got it out of the garbage. So i keep wearing it. Maybe my dog just wants compliments, too. Or maybe he was looking at @clayboyn 's avatar and thought that was a pretty sweet look. Either way, there is something different about him now...
I think this qualifies as a shitty gif but I am not sure because this is not a gif, its an actual video of my actual dog, this is what he looks like... with this strange aura..... but I tagged it #UBGIF anyways.
How was my day today?
Hmmmm glad you asked. It was real good. Nice people talked to me and I liked it. And I also was super productive. And, I went to pick my son up from his farm job, and took a picture of the area out there. I take this area for granted sometimes but in the spring I always fall in love with it again. Seeing this scene just a few minutes away from my house made me really grateful, and I took a deep breath.
Here are some more photos from the past few days...
This one is of the train fueling station nearish to my house
Its kind of cool looking but it also reeks of deisel sometimes and I dont think thats real cool for us humans. But there are mountains in the background still so I guess its like.... an image of shitty man made weirdness but then remember there is still nature to flee to...
The River Runs Through It
I have never actually seen that movie but everyone says our river is the same river featured in it. I tell you what, this river is a CLASSIC around here. When it gets super hot in the summer we like to wade in it for hours, or drive upstream a ways and ride innertubes into town. Right now its just getting fast and high water from all the melting snow in the mountains. It will rise and flood some of its banks, and it remains too dangerous for swimming until I think June. Despite that being common knowledge, dummies still like to get in it anyway, and every year someone drowns. :( Oops I am being happy in this post not depressing. Look isnt it pretty even though none of the plants are green yet?
And this is from when I went to the bar friday
I took this photo because the band was setting up and the guitar player was standing directly in front of a fan, and his hair was blowing in an epic manner. Also those lights were in my eyes and pissing me off.
That is my post!
Just thought I would share a little about my day for once. I keep trying to make posting way too much work. But I can share all the weird and wonderful things that happen too, thats what a blog is for, i decided.

I think it's adorable when our animal friends like to play dressup. I miss having a pet so much. I really love the picture of the train fueling station. I am a big fan of photographs that show ruggedness. Love that you're sharing about your day.
That's an awesome doo on that dogo. :)
This great photo, i appreciate your blog.keep it up
Great photo thanks for sharing
That's some really pretty country where you live, even in early spring. The river with the mountains behind it is a good picture!
Another day in the life :)
My doggie doesn't wear hats, but he loves when I put one on. Means it's time for walkies.
Thanks for the view.
Riding on inner tubes to town sounds like fun!
