Bro this is really a nice project but sadly, I am not qualified to join.
Firstly, I dont think i can ever win your contest... Not after how i use to insult you on Neoxian server.
To worsen the case... At moment, I am on cheetah's blacklist for plagiarizing a post, editing and posting it on my wall without the permission of the author.

Finally, the contest is for plankton that would love to join steem-ua... I am plankton(60sp) but I have already delegated to steem-ua... since I already delegated 25sp to steemUA, if you delegate to me, I would top up my steemUA delegation to 50

If you think I am qualified but the plagiarism case would be a hindrance. I cant promise you that it wont happen again, as my words mean almost nothing... But I can hand over my key to Mr dragon, If I am found guilty of plagiarism again, within the weeks of delegation. You can have my account.

    This is not a contest. This is an effort to help small accounts and motivate them to keep blogging. As for the plagiarized stuff and since you are not certain that it won't happen again...I don't think I can help you with that.

    PS You insult me?? Tbh I don't even remember you and I usually reply to insults in a way you don't really want to know...Anyway thanks for stopping by
