I just now delegated to show that I am in fact using my SP to be put to @steem-ua as delegation.

A bit confused. I thought the purpose of the temporary delegation was to ensure bandwidth for those accounts with SP delegated to @steem-ua so they could continue to post as normal?

Is it even possible to delegate delegated SP?

      Ok, now I'm really confused. I only have a total of 27.7 SP? Currently on 2.7 available for BW purposes because I delegated before commenting here? Should I not have delegated before asking?

      Hello @sircork and thanks for asking. According to developers an account need approximately 3 / 5 SP on their account to be able to post without having bandwidth problems. Now if an account has let's say 30 SP and wants to join @steem-ua I will delegate him 25 SP and then he will delegate his 25 out of 30 SP to @steem-ua.

      Same with an account that has...let's say 60SP. I will delegate him either 25 or 50 SP and he will follow the same procedure. Now an account with 30 SP can't claim 50 SP delegation as you understand. And I preferred this way, to motivate people to build their accounts in that 4 weeks period and continue being part of UA

        Exactly...but when this post pays out and if you have bandwidth problems I'll delegate you 25 SP for 4 weeks. If you don't then you will be fine. Deal?
