Agreed. For that reason, looking for a simple, fast stack in JS-land lately.

So far, JS + Tailwind + Next/Gatsby on the frontend and ES6 + Express + Sequelize + SQLite/Postgres on the backend seems the best to me.

  • Lots of tests.
