My Opinion On Twitter

I feel bad for what Twitter is becoming sure Twitter was shite before, but its even more shite now I’m not seeing anything good coming out of this
what’s worse is the implementation of the new verified check thing
there was a recent incident in my country that I was trying to look for information on at the time and half of the check marks were just shitposters spreading misinformation
obviously not saying that verified users are objective or even remotely fact based but it did make it easier to spot people from certain news outlets
and when you’re in an emergency situation it can be extremely helpful to see whatever information is currently being reported
honestly the whole thing is just stupid idk
