The twin spaniel, named Winnie, happened to be out on the town with proprietor Allie Smith Frenz, 28, a housewife. Obviously, Stern needed to snap some photographs. Recently, she presented one of them on Reddit, where it has been "upvoted" in excess of 37,000 times.
