If my proposal fulfilled, I think there would be a more balanced rewards for people on Steem.
I don't think so. My policy is an eye for an eye.

    Whatever. I can absorb your flags and mine do you little harm. We have freedom here. I generally use it to make friends and support those who need it. You obviously do not need votes from anyone except bots.
