DIY metals foundry very cheap! (tutorial)

Hello friends today I will teach them to melt metals at home for very little money..

  For this project we need:

  • 5kg plaster paris
  • 5 kg sand
  • 1 can
  • 1 fire extinguisher

The first thing I did was cut the can with a radial grinder, then with a flatten the rough edges a little hammer.

Now we mix sand 1/3, 1/3 and 1/3 paris plaster water (this should be done with great care and quickly).
Once the mixture list put a slightly smaller container inside and remove it once the plaster is dry, leaving a hole inside.

To end our oven, we must make a hole where the hose then will our forge, for that I used a drill and spade bit.
Then cut a bronze and add a piece of hose assembly where air source, which in my case is my vacuum blower.

For the crucible or "melting pot" (crisol), we just need a fire extinguisher, you just have to cut the size of our oven with a saw and add some cling to the sides.

Now we just have to plug our forge to feed the fire and we can melt our aluminum for very little money!
