Today I will teach the basic in how to make an Isometric Drawing using 30x60x90 degrees triangle.
What is Isometric Drawing?
Isometric projection is a method for visually representing three-dimensional objects in two dimensions in technical and engineering drawings. It is an axonometric projection in which the three coordinate axes appear equally foreshortened and the angle between any two of them is 120 degrees.

Isometric Figure
How to make an Isometric object?
Now the fist thing to do to make or construct and object is to identify the different axis of it.
The 3 axis of isometric
Usually the 3 axis of isometric are:
Height - stands for the vertical line of the drawing - usually this is the distance between the top to the bottom.
Left Cross axis or the Depth - this is the distance between the front to to rear view.
Right cross axis or the width - this the distance between the side to side of the object. But to make and Isometric cube make sure that you will use a 30x60x90 triangle.
Example.
After identifying the 3 axis of the isometric figure we need to identify the different measurements of each axis.
Example.
In this figures the measurements of the H = 40mm W = 40 and D = 40mm
Reminders in order to create the figure we need first to make and isometric cube.
After creating the object, make sure that you will erase the unnecessary lines that are not included in our drawing.
Cheers there you go steemians!
