I had to compress the video with Hanbreak first. The name of the video did have spaces and such, which didn't seem to create any problems. Where I did have issues was when I used the Number Sign for the #tags. I removed them and the video loaded with not problems. I'm not sure how many tags we can use. I went with just two on my video and it uploaded no problem.
It still happens to me too sometimes. Just mess around with it. I also play with the file names of the video and the uploaded image, I make sure they don’t have spaces or capital letters. Also, don’t copy and paste anything, make sure you type everything. Good luck
Im still trying, over and over for the last two days. Im not sure exactly what all the advanced settings are. One is for snap, another for sources but everything else im clueless about. Help? im glad it works for you though.
THis does not help aty all. you literally just showed how to upload a video using the standard process. This does not help people having the "Please upload a video before submitting" error, or the "Failed submitting to blockchain error

still dont work for me. trying to upload since 1 month.. it was error while submitting to blockchain but not it is unknown error...

The snap is to take a snap of your video so you can upload a cover image. You have to do that otherwise it won’t upload.
