UPDATE - I had to update this because I checked the Bittrex exchange to sign up and they are not, at present, taking new signups.

Thank you much for this tutorial. It was so easy to understand and filled in the one blank area I had - the exchange - to get from steemit to my account. I have been on here a year but have only just started to seriously post with much more to come. Thanks again and as you said 'Steem Ahead!'
