Milk Cashew Nuts

Cashew nuts are usually notable as chocolate or light snack mix turned out to be dioleh into a delicious and nutritious milk. In terms of taste, milk cashew nuts also are more savory and delicious so that suitable for you who do not like consumed milk soy bean.

It tastes creamy and iron as well as vitamins and minerals are good for high system repair body cells and red blood cells. Cashew nuts also contain unsaturated fats that are good for heart health and reduces the buildup of fat.

Materials needed:

250 grams of cashew nuts
1 liter of boiled water
5 round dates
3 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
How to make:

Soak 250 grams raw cashews overnight until tender.
Stir in cashews into a blender and add 1 liter of boiled water. To boost flavor and aroma, you can add dates, 5 3 tbsp honey and a pinch of salt, then blend until texture is smooth.
Strain the milk mixture using a clean cloth and store in a glass container and chill in the refrigerator.
Milk cashew nuts ready presented as a mixture of your favorite cereal or oatmeal.
