A financial plan should include information in a number of categories:
DETAILED BUDGET
The financial plan must contain a detailed budget that gives a breakdown of all the costs associated with the project.
PRICING
The plan must list the prices of the items that must be purchased in order to carry out the project.
COST ANALYSIS
The plan should give a detailed analysis of all costs incurred by the project.
SOURCES OF FUNDING
All the sources of funding for the project should be given.
RETURN OF INVESTMENT
The plan should give the project returns from the project according to a specified time frame. This will help the audience to evaluate the benefits of the project.
COSTS
If the project is going to bring about a change in work practices, the operating and administrative costs associated with the new procedures must be listed.
