I agree with part of what you said on the other hand I would like to ask you a question, these police officers who have killed people are supposed to be highly trained, I think trained enough to be able to only disable a person not kill him, and this can be seen in the case of the New York bomber Rahami, he shot two police officers during the shoot out and yet he was only wounded in a leg and shoulder. So why aren't these African Americans treated in the same fashion? Was it because they wanted to question Rahami? But that would be even worse because it would only confirm the people being killed are being targeted. Just FYI I am not from the US and I am not black, I'm just interested in having this question answered in a sensible way.
