I have at least three customers who have beaten back MRSA infections using colloidal silver. I use it personally, give it to my children and grandchildren and pets. It is absolutely non-toxic, and extremely hard—perhaps impossible—to overdose on. Are you aware that they used to, as a matter of course, put silver drops in newborn infants' eyes?

Alka-seltzer is a great comfort medicine... so is Vick's vapo-rub... :D
