You're absolutely correct. And with the drill being 20 minutes before dismissal, it is negligent to put these kids out of the building and put them in harms way. In a school of 3,000 students, with buses and parents picking students up, it would be absolute chaos. So either this was completely staged, or administration was incredibly negligent and should be held accountable. Not the AR-15.
