I do not disagree with you that neither Trump nor HRC are at the top of the food chain- I do however believe that the powers that influence Trump at this point are overall positive or have at least agreed to a partial disclosure plan including revamping the financial system as well as significant technology releases.

In regards to Secret Space programs. As I understand it part of the 'partial' disclosure narrative, that I believe Trump is behind, will include the disclosure of a lower level secret space program that now seems to be referred to as the MIC (military industrial complex) program.
