I think it is the power of freedom of speech, who knows what can happening in the ideas bouncing... apparently it can even lead to walking on the moon... And don't forget they aren't "my" points, but just an trial of expressing where I am in my reasoning, I hope it will evolve :).

Of course, it is simply the fact that you did make me think some about that scale, not that there is a concrete answer, of the balance between society's obligation to its members through its governance and the individual right to deal with God's creation.
