We'll bypass "because... are you sure Trump's NOT doing it?" cuz I still have this hard on for the notion of him bankrupting the US and walking away having saved everyone from the fiat-slavery of the Federal Reserve and IRS.

You'd literally have to export "no more kings, no more crooks, no more presidents on the books". But then you'd also have to figure out how to stop these special committees you've set up from falling into the same ego driven death spirals.

No Archons (people who say they own and control you)
Society based on ability.

I think it also involves a universal minimum income and a cap on what you could personally gain regardless of how much ass you kick, but it's also kind of a technology heavy system.
