From what i know delivery of the 'services' varies greatly.
Until you became known among the circle there you got whoever was on duty that day.
The guy/girl that was really good at the processes was busy elsewhere.
You got the guy that was good at getting people to leave money behind, and maybe come back.
They don't get in a hurry, the drop rate is pretty high.
Just reading a fraction of the works takes months, practicing with the tech takes years to polish the delivery, some people will never be good at delivering it.
And, despite paying all the money, jumping through all the hoops, if you still don't figure out what is not working in your life, is that the fault of the technology?
I haven't encountered any lrh references in any of the conspiracy works on mind control.
That means the circle is pretty tight.
Likely the ones getting out and 'telling all' were never part of the classified compartments.
I think the missing piece was that lrh never disavowed violence.
Without doing that, any solutions offered will just be more of the same, rule by force.
Operation clambake, while seemingly 'the right thing to do', could have been handled very differently.
But, lrh wasn't ready to break through to the next level.
He was trapped in his time.
Imagine where his mind would have gone if he could have read the eastern philosophies online.
He could have figured out they were mostly bunk much quicker.
This book is science fiction, too.
