There's a few options, each with their pros and cons I guess although the better options are out a little further. If I was to relocate to another state there are many more options. It's all work-dependent though...Whether I have to or not. You know? Not sure how it will go, time will tell.

Sort:

How much longer do you guys think you'll have to work?

I'll be working for 12 years probably, maybe longer. Depressing.

Well but you are relatively young and 12 years will go by fast!

Yes, and in the mean time I'm living life, enjoying it, and getting the most out of it. I'm not one to wish life away to get to a destination preferring the journey to the destination much better.

Exactly sir galenkp! Enjoy the moment with an attitude of gratitude.

I wish I lived in Texas...We could both have doomsday vehicles, hang around cooking Texas BBQ and telling lies. Good times. Alas, steem will have to be the poor substitute.

I think Texas would be a great alternative for most Aussies because of the similar weather and other things like values. I've never met a liberal Aussie for instance. And the BBQ, oh man! lol.
