Thinking if your earphone has a problem? Not really, this is a song called 4'33" composed by John Cage in 1952, and the music score does not have any notes on it. This song has caused great controversy and some people believe it is not music at all.

Well, it may be art, but it's too strange for me indeed.
Sitting in front of a piano in complete silence and calling it music may indeed appeal to some musical critics, but I am a more fellow of more standard tastes :)
I respect when a musician masters playing some instrument and then show's the world how good he is. Like in movie Whiplash (2014) for instance :)
