I started with 20 pushups from a month ago, I kept on increasing numbers on a daily bases. Now I'm able to do 100 in 3 sets.
You are very right, increasing the load on our body and brain tends to get more from it.
Similarly, i have started reading articles. And i'm going to increase the volume with time
