The meaningful trip to Qingyuan

The trip to Qingyuan in F.5 was particularly meaningful to me. In the trip, we not only went to visit some elderly and poor,but also had an experience to be teachers to teach students in Qingyuen. After the trip, I found out that I enjoy helping others because I am glad to see their smile. My aspiration is to contribute to the society.
I also learnt how to solve and prevent problems in this experience. Before we went to Qingyuan, we had to prepared a lot of, such as the games for the elderly and the teaching materials for students. Through the process, I learnt that planning is not easy. Although it was only a short lesson or a short game,we took lots of time to discuss with each other. I could also learn that discussion is important. We couldn’t finish the trip without working together. We could find a better idea in the process of sharing our ideas. Finally, we decided to teach studets English by acting an English drama and teach elderly to make a red pockets goldfish as it was Chinese New Year.
When we arrived the nursing home, we found that the place was too small and there was even no table. Therefore, we couldn’t teach them to make a red pockets goldfish. Fortunately, as I studied Bafs, we learnt the important and process of planning. Therefore, we have already anticipated that some problem would be occurred. We changed our activity to singing songs with them. When I saw they all felt happy, I felt happy too. At that time, I found out that helping others is enjoyable.
After visited elderly, we visited a poor family. Teachers told us that they had only very few food to eat or sometime even would ont eat dinner. However, when we visited them, them prepare the most yummy food to us. I felt very touching because although they did not have much, they shared a lot. A poor family can share with others, we can also share too. After I saw the environment of Qingyuan, I thought that I was very lucky to have a comfortable life and have a chance to study. I also learnt that we could be happy without money. Although they were poor,the students play with each other happily and they were nice to us. When I born up, I hope that I can have the power to help more people, such as poor and elderly.
