Hello beautiful people!

Welcome to another TribeSteemUp Curation, where I (@trucklife-family) get to showcase some of the great Articles that the tribe members created and that really embody what the Tribe stands for.

Community Abundance Generator, which supports authors who write articles that look at ways in which we can become more empowered and create a more peaceful and free world.The TribeSteemUp community was created by @kennyskitchen. It is a

The authors who have been chosen to become part of the TribeSteemUp community are all writing content of high quality, and they all focus on topics related to the bettering of life, such as:

| Anarchy | Non-Violence | Philosophy | Veganism | Mindfulness |
| Community Empowerment | Love | Original Music | Esotericism |
| Healthy Recipes | Psychedelics | Truth | Permaculture |

The TribeSteemUp community also has 8 Pillars/Principles that each member has agreed to adhere by and you can find The 8 Pillars of TribeSteemUp at the end of this post

Another week here on the platform, where none of us seem to know what awaits the future of Steem. But one thing that has not changed, is the great content that continues to be created and shared on here. Today I have 15 articles that are all about inspiring us and motivating us to become more aware in our daily lives. Life is all about learning, evolving and being mindful in all that we do. By coming together and engaging with one another we can all share our wisdom and empower one another. We can create the world in which we all wish to live. Happy reading and remember to show your appreciation by upvoting and commenting. You can go one step further by following the TribesteemUp Curation Trail, this way way you are supporting all the great authors who are creating quality content.

At the time of writing this post, SteemPeak seems to have been experiencing some problems and because of that I was unable to upload some of the images of the tribe members posts.

Maintaining My Sanity - Mindfulness, Meditation and Forest Retreat with the Super Moon

image.png

@porters

I feel fortunate to live in the Boreal forest off the beaten path. My home here is my retreat, my sanctuary, to get away from all the craziness of the world! Even just entering the forest after a trip to the city or such, my mind becomes peaceful. I am able to step out of my door into a wilderness setting where I can easily commune with nature.
I have also developed a meditation practice that helps me along the path of awakening and to experience more peace and joy in my life. It is from this meditation practice that I am able to go within to that quiet tranquil place away from any craziness that may be going on around me.

GRAFTING STONEFRUITS

@papa-pepper

After recently pruning back our Apricot trees, I decided to attempt to graft some scions onto one of our wild plum trees. I used a process that had worked for me before, and it's a great way to make things better and more productive on our homestead!

Chris "C-Free" Fremin | Qi Gong, Building Up Bio-Energy & Esoteric Life Science

@innerverse

Chis Fremin, better known as C-Free, hosts an excellent podcast called This Esoteric Life. As an expert in Qi Gong, a movement based energy practice, C-Free has lots to share about building and maintaining one's vital energy, or life-force. We discuss many potentials for self-exploration that a Qi Gong practitioner might experience, along with reasons why breath-consciousness is a must, and thoughts on the skill of letting go (of the mental and physical variety). We also surf on an idea-wave about what it means to become a spiritual scientist.

The Life I Lead, Keeps Me Sane In These Crazy Times - EcoTrain Question Of The Week!

image.png

@trucklife-family

We sure are living in interesting times, finally everything that we as humans have done on this earth is catching up with us. It feels like so much is being brought to light, the consequences of our actions towards the environment and towards one another. It is understandable that some may feel really overwhelmed and that everything is in chaos.
But, with the way that so many have been living, it was only a matter of time, until the shit hit the fan.

Why The Corona-Virus Probably Doesn't Exist | 4/4 - Further Studies & Links on the History of Infection-Theory (feat. Virologist Dr. Stefan Lanka)

image.png

@paradigmprospect

As Lanka himself points out in every lecture: "Please do not just belief me when I speak about the history of pathogens, infection-theory and the scientific blunders in medicine that have been perpetrated on humanity. I ask you to go and read up on this for yourself, I ask you to prove me wrong and to come to your own conclusions. A solid understanding of actual medicine requires you to be certain of what you know and to demystify the medicine model we have all been taught. This can only be done through your own research into the matter - the people I am referencing in these lectures are to be looked at critically. The mechanisms of contagion through viruses that are so commonly cited simply do not exist factually, only in the minds of the population that has been caught off-guard with this centuries-old fairytale of contagion and pandemics."

Don't Buy The Dip - The Importance of Mindfulness for our Happiness and overall Well-being

image.png

@vincentnijman

How are you feeling? Are you freaking out? Are you trying to stay cool under the circumstances? How are you handling life these days? How is the outside world influencing your mood and overall health? Where are your thoughts? Are they worrying about the Future?
If so, is this helping you at all? Probably not.
So why don''t you, instead, try to:
BE HERE NOW
It's not that hard, just take a deep breath in and then breath out slowly or let out a sigh if you feel like it, if it makes you feel better.

Free Full Spectrum Oracle Tarot Reading for Everyone - Animal, Plant, & Gaia Spirit Channel

image.png

@elamental

I recently developed a full spectrum spirit reading formula combing 3-4 decks - 2 oracle and up to 2 tarot. This combines an Animal Spirit Oracle deck called Messages from your Animal Spirit Guides, a Plant spirit Oracle called The Illustrated Herbiary, and a Gaia Spirit Tarot called Dreams of Gaia. The Gaia deck uses the 4 elemental forces of nature (fire, air, water, earth) in place of the traditional minor arcana, and each element (suite) is headed by one of four elemental dragons. If one of these four dragons are drawn in any reading, I also pull a card out of a fourth deck known as the Dragon Tarot.

Self Help for Trolls Intro (podcast and video series)

@whatamidoing

Self Help for a Trolls is a video and podcast series about leveling up and having fun in the process, finding peace when it feels like everything is falling apart, becoming the greatest selves we can be and collaborating to make the world more awesome. As a "troll" I hope to poke fun at and break down this idea of the guru or the all-knowing-ness that teachers are encouraged to portray. I hope we can tear down a stage a bit and share the mic with as many people as possible.

Mazunte Build - Machines Taking Over Work: The Day Everything Changed

@stortebeker

For sure, these days it’s hard to find a day that doesn’t turn your whole world upside down. With a full moon (three days ago), the New Year in the Mexica calender (yesterday), Friday the 13th (today), you don’t even need to get into all the craziness the media is full of… so I’m not even going to get into all that! Instead, I’d like to address the change that was brought to our Earthship construction project, which was just about to reach desperate levels. This change came in form of dirt. And lots of it! As a result I’m in a mood of exuberant optimism, having restored my faith in that in April the roof beams will be up, and we’ll be on the way to more wonderful building workshops next year. But let me start a the beginning.

On Cows & Om, and Leaving India

@riverflows

How strange it is to be halfway between two homes. Down under, my son and his girl are out of work - it is a bad time to be in the hospitality industry. Cafes are shutting, bars are closed, and concerts cancelled. In Tasmania, my best friend has just done a bit of what we dubbed toilet paper tourism, just to see if it was true that the shelves were clear. My sister jokes she has started a spreadsheet of rations. But everyone is okay and joking about. They have each other. I don't feel worried. I am more worried about my mother in law who only recently was widowed. She is anxious and on her own. We have to leave this stunning, warm, colourful and extraordinary country before more borders are shut, and have fingers and toes crossed that we can get on the Air India flight that leaves Tuesday.

<No drama, good life - EcoTrain Question Of The Week!/a>

@fenngen

I was taught since school to be a critical thinker. They said that society needs critical thinkers because they detect the flaws that need to be corrected so that the system can improve. But they never told me what I would do to my own mind by becoming a critical thinker.
The cool-aid was served and I drank it in one quick slurp. I have spent most of my life looking at the troubles of the world and thinking on their genesis so that I might find solutions.

Let's Calm Some of This Corona Fear-Mongering.

@kennyskitchen

As you may have noticed, I've been taking some time away from Steem after spending far too many hours researching, discussing, and writing about the hostile take-over, and ongoing occupation, of our blockchain by @JustinSunSteemit. At first I was pretty sure we were just going to fork away, and felt great about that. At this point, it's feeling less and less likely we will actually have a resolution to this, and I'm moving all my best content over to my new site, so I am no longer dependant on this platform.

The Value Is Always with the Community

@lukestokes

In the midst of a global pandemic shutdown, a group of committed community members continue to fight for their home on the blockchain. They continue to fight for Steem and not just Steem, but for what Steem represents within their communities, their apps, their content, and their tokens. These things were threatened by Justin Sun, possibly without him even realizing it. As he's said, he's just a businessman, doesn't want to deal with politics, and just wants to make money.

ecoVillage Journal #13: PORTUGAL!!!!
eco-alex 73

@eco-alex

wOw! It sure is intense dealing with the combined issues of travelling, looking for land, handling corona fears, and watching Steem AND bitcoin tear itself apart. It really feels like everywhere I look things are pretty crazy right now! .. That is except this rural part of Portugal. Things run at a much similar pace as they do in rural India. The town of Penamacor is incredibly quiet, with most streets almost devoid of cars and hustle and bustle. Most of the younger population left many years ago, and it really looks like what is left are old people who sit peacefully on benches, and beautiful fertile land just beckoning others to come and live with her.

A big thank you to @hungryhustle for creating the amazing infographic of the 8 Pillars Of TribeSteemUp and For @eco-alex for creating the tribesteemup banner and logo.
