Power down started for the NFT dividends.jpg

A couple of days ago, we informed you about the sunsetting of the NFT's project on CTPSB. I'm quite happy to see that the proposed solution was widely accepted by the community and especially by the owners of the NFT's. Thanks a lot for your understanding!

Time frame for the dividends

As soon as the post was published, we undelegated the hive power of the account ctpsb.ctp and yesterday we started a full power down. Every week, this power down will free 67.86 Hive. This means that we will need about 11 weeks of power downs to reach the necessary funds to distribute the 720 hive to the NFT holders. If everything goes according to plan, we will do the distribution of the dividends on 18th of March 2025.

The numbers of this week

During the last week, the project evolved as follows:

AssetsAmountIncrease over last week
Hive Power32384+89
Tokens in circulation9457.5-0.7
Burnt tokens2040.9+0.7
Token value3.424+0.009
APR13.8%-1.8%

The APR during the last week went a bit down. The reason for that is pretty simple. Whenever when we generate a post, we get a post reward in the form of HBD. Because of the latest Hive pump, I decided not to swap the HBD for hive yet. It will be done in the coming weeks when hive prices come down again, which I suppose they will do. If they don't, I believe nobody will complain about it...

Thanks for the update.

A question out of context?
with the current price which one is better for posts?
100% HP or 50/50 for posts
Currently, i am doing 100%, just want to check your view.

!ALIVE
!BBH

It's a good question and there is not a good and a bad answer I believe. I tend to chose 50/50 for my personal posts just for the fact that I get some liquid tokens that I can use and like that I don't need to do any powerdowns.

I look forward to the nft payout, and I don't blame you for not changing HBD right away, but I think it depends. Maybe it's better to just do it at the same time and DCA into hive using the HBD if you want to consistent though.

To be honest, I expected to see a dump phase after the pump phase but it didn't happen that much. So I will probably do as you said.
