RE: Trial by Comics - Star Wars - my entry

Drawing looks super funny! I think that I will move to digital this year too. It gives you chance to correct mistakes without repainting everything . I keep asking illustrator on different blogs about tablets that they use.......What tablet and pen did you use ?:) So far I used mouse and it takes so looooooooong to draw and quality far from fantastic.

Thanks. ;)
The plan was to draw few smiles.
I own genius wizardpen 5x4. It's old but it works. It was a gift and I need to use it more and practice.
For vector art I prefer mouse, but for photoshop and painting/sketching I'll need to get used to that pen tablet :)

Thanks. I am looking for good tools that I no need to overpay for:) If tools well performing basic function that probably will be good for me.:) I am not very comfortable with mouse when I do vector , hope pen will do the trick :)

If I would get a new one I would do some extensive research. Check the prices, performance and look for all the available reviews.
It would be best if you could borrow one for a day or two from a friend to test it out. Or at least try it out in the shop if that option is available.
Good luck with your search. I would like to know how it went and can't wait to see the digital art made with it. :)

I do not have friends with drawing tablets but.........I can order a tablet from Walmart and within 10 days return it if I do not like it. I will probably choose wacom A4 format and it will ring about 400.00 bucks with the pen. Plus, I will need to learn how to draw and color in photoshop. I am really scared from this future changes but will willingly go for it. I believe that classical art with pen and brash will be gone very soon and I accept this possibility. "We will adapt"- borg :)
