I wouldn't worry about it too much. I think in the end it won't affect the ICO market. Plus, there's always the possibility that China just may decide to regulate ICOs not outlaw them outright.
lyou are right i am actually just getttng in the game now andi will be all over youtube promoting ico's in the long run it will shoot up and it will actaully be hitting the 10,000 mark but i am starting with the little guys.
This will let us late starters to get in the game. Bottom out then rise back up, I hope lol....
ICOs banned in China.. Well that's not exactly great news but at least Russia didn't go through with banning cryptocurrency altogether a while back so clearly there is government support even in non western nations. Have faith people. Cryptocurrencies are a fantastic concept and are imo the next big thing in the technology space. They aren't going anywhere. Look at this as a cheaper way to get into the cryptocurrency you want to get into. I believe Bitcoin will at least sink to $4000 and probably to $3500 imo.
Even if China actually follows through on this so-called "ban," there are decentralized ERC20 token exchanges on the way that will make it trivial for any Chinese citizen to invest in any damn ICO they please. The authorities apparently haven't seen the writing on the wall yet.

This is actually great news for those not in China. That means right after ico release China is likely to pump up many new coins. I am taking advantage of that!
Make sure to get in on the pump and not dump. I swear that these articles are made public to get investors to he scared and make irrational decisions...good luck and hope all goes well

Can't they just use a VPN somehow? Suppose they would come with servere consequences though.
In the long term it changes nothing. Some laws are bound to be made, but how well can they be enforced, that's the real question.
It's important to note that this is currently just a temporary ban, whether it does become perminant time will tell.
Thanks for doing this video. I feel like banning any ICO is like chopping down creativity at it's knees.

While some people are looking at this as a disaster, I'm looking at this as a prime opportunity to buy. I hate to beat a dead horse, but if you're bullish long-term this shouldn't be an issue.

The look on your face looks like straight up fear.
Reminds me of the days I used to trade commodities. I would wake up look at my charts, looks at the drop, look at my goals of that particular trade and it was straight up fear. Made me paranoid.
I love the idea of BitCoin and trading, but for every winner there is a loser... thats the game.
When your spending someone else's dime, it ok, no stress, but when its yours... the emotions kick in.
Watching your video with the crazy people all around, make's me wonder how crazy are we, people that trade 'bit coin' something with no inherent value other than 'mass belief', and it isn't even in the masses yet, give it 5 years and this thing will be bigger than 'tulip fever'.

I think that is the reason why all crpto are crash now, but still i believe crpto can comeback, have faith on crptocurrencies !
That is why some form of regulation is good. I think that here in the U.S. it is a great opportunity and a great position to have ICOs as an investment opportunity, because the fact that we are the U.S. and we have different forms of regulation, It balances it out, keeps the scams in check or getting out of hand. In his country, we've already got the set up...
I see some ICO's are just for the knack and eventually end up just doing nothing. more or less ICO's have been used for uproars only and i find it that some may use it as "scam" intro but not all ICO's do that. some are just taking advantage of the good side of ICO just to make that Insta Billion Dollars state-of-mind without having the intention of keeping the coin alive. Not all though but there are some, and a lot some.
ICO's were to confusing for me anyway.
