saw this "documentary". That fact that the man who made it is a hypochondriac made me skeptical.
I searched up a few of the studys that were mentioned and found no compelling evidence for his theories.
But his theories about processed meat - like salami, chicken nuggets, etc. - are true. I checked it.
It is not the so called prove for vegans better health...

Thanks for your comment, cool that you researched it I think that is important to!
I think this documentary interesting because it makes me think about what "we all" are eating and what I made for myself and my kids, and it's taking for granded what we are eating these days. And that it is important to know what we are eating.
Ofcourse there are other studies and that is good to learned about, and we as consumers have to collect all information about health in food so we can combine that and make better choices.
