Athens - Greece - Summer time

Dear steemians,

I have some photography impressions from Athens in Greece.

Athens is the capital and the largest city of Greece. Athens dominate the Attica region and is one for the world's oldest cities, with its recorded history spanning over 3400 years and its earliest human presence starting somewhere between the 11th and 7th century BC.

Athens is the home of Plato's Academy and Aristotelis Lyceum and is widely referred as the cradle of Western civilization and the birthplace of democracy.

The heritage of the classical era is still evident in the city , represented by ancient monuments and works of art the most famous of all beeing the Parthenon in the Acropolis.

Everyone worldwide should know most famous in the humanity and athenian people such a : Socrates the philosoph, Perikles , Aristoteles, Platon, Herodot, Sophokles, Euripides and so on...
