I am very sweet, I love sweets and our streets are filled with them.

As you can see they are very popular and there are large queues to please the palate.
Churros are a dough of flour and water fried and rich olive oil and then sprinkled with sugar.

Made with sugar milk corn flour yeast and egg yolk.
Here they sell them homemade in the stalls of the bakery and other markets.
We can accompany them with homemade jam of all flavors, presented in beautiful glass jars.
For Monday, which is the day of kings, it is tradition to eat the roscón de Reyes.
He comes with a small figurine inside and we have a tradition that touches the figurine pays the roscón, no matter what it touches you, protests between laughs and complaints but it is a great pleasure to touch you since it is a familiar moment and happy.

Oh, you pamper me always!!!! This is such a wonderful #MarketFriday post, with all sorts of holiday magic in it. The wonderful cakes and especially the fried dough with powdered sugar (we call them funnel cakes here or fried dough, but, they have them at all the fairs! I love them!
How wonderful to have such festivities like this during the holiday. I can imagine me over there, wandering from booth to booth, sampling everything they have!
