Yes, I was on a vacation in November and I still am under the impression of what I have seen and experienced. I think in the plankton is glowing in the beginning of the year, but not quite sure from which month. Silly me, I didn't ask.
Koh Lipe is wonderful place for vacation and I love it because it is not party island. It is small and it was not crowded.
