I believe that the fee is the same because on the mountains we are all the same; the amount of human residue and trash generation is the same. This brings us to their real problem, the park is getting more and more popupar amongst people around the world, thus leading to over population during the peak season, it's a fuck ton of tourists. I understand and respect their reasons.

I believe they'd be way more efficient though if there was a way to subtract from the fee when people bring trash down the mountains for example. It would open up an opportunity for those with less money while at the same time making sure the park is clean.
