Woof... it is interesting to see how the other side of the BnB works... we often use AirBnB and it is amazing the amount of work that needs to go into running the place and getting all the registration in place to make it work.

Going legal is always the right way... sure, it is a pain and extra costs... but the consequences for not doing it right are more painful... something to also remember for crypto as well!

Very true as this lady who called me sadly found out; it also depends on one's local authority so it really is important to ask questions!
