Monaco is the second-smallest independent state in the world.Monaco is bordered by France on the North, South and West with the Mediterranean Sea to its East. Monaco gained its independence from the Republic of Genoa on 8th January 1297. Monaco have a total Population of 37,000 and its total Area is 1.95 sq km (0.75 sq mile). The language which local speak in their country is French. Major religion of Monaco is Christianity.The Life expectancy is 75 years for men & 83 years for women in Monaco. Official Currency of Monaco is euro.
Monaco's flag is the same as the flag of Indonesia. The only difference is that the Indonesian flag is wider. The red and white colors of the flag are the heraldic colors of the Grimaldi House.
Monaco’s chief industry is tourism, and its facilities make it one of Europe’s most luxurious resorts. Once a winter attraction, it now draws summer visitors as well to its beaches and expanded mooring facilities. Business conferences are especially important. The social life of Monte-Carlo revolves around the Place du Casino. The casino was built in 1861, and in 1967 its operations were taken over by the principality. Banking and finance and real estate are other important components of the diverse services sector.

Monaco is a wealthy country with a world famous casino in Monte Carlo.Monaco is a playground for tourists and a haven for the wealthy , However, residents of Monaco are not allowed to gamble or even enter the casino! James Bond is a particular fan of the casino, having visited it in Never Say Never Again, GoldenEye and Casino Royale.
The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most famous races in the world. Drivers take to the streets of Monaco, tackling its tight corners, narrow streets and famous tunnel. Ayrton Senna holds the record for the most wins on the track, coming first 6 times. The constructor with the most wins is McLaren.
Monaco is smaller country as area wise so space has always been at an absolute premium. to over come this space problem government start €2 billion project name mammoth build to reclaim land from the sea in order for the next wave of luxury homes to be built.
Bouygues Travaux Publics has been contracted to build the foundations for Monaco’s offshore extension that started in Spring 2017. This vast infrastructure will first be built in the port at Marseille—suitable for such a project, being a large, deep seaport—and once complete, transported east to Monaco. The process of constructing these incredible foundations—as well as the dredging operation and transporting sand from northern Sicily—will take about 40 months to complete.
It’s estimated that this mammoth build will take around 10 years to complete, in line with the forecast of the projected population growth of the principality over this time. Already, nearly 35 in every 100 Monaco residents are millionaires, with monegasques making up a small percentage. With new luxury homes in the works, this statistic will only grow over the next decade.
