Interessante, though her breakfast probably cost about 15-20 USD in Switzerland. I remember the cheapest thing at McDonalds in Switzerland was about 10 Swiss Francs, which was 10$ at the time. While your's probably cost what, 6$??
Tip to enjoy food. Eat first then check the price later or never.
