Thank you so very much for the kind words Ruth. So nice. Being able to cook such quality food even if it's from my hotel room really gives me incentive to just do my own thing regarding food. In Asia I eat out every meal, but in Latin America depends on how I'm traveling and what I'm doing. These days I'm just hunkered in one place for about a month now working on my blog and studying cryptos, so I'm treating this time like a real home base. After experiencing the food around here.... there's a reason South America is one the highest regions in the world for diabetes and obesity, where Asia is the least!
