Tomorrow is our last day in the Maldives π²π», on Tuesday weβll be flying all day back to Switzerland π¨π. So far I wanted to show you other stuff from our holiday instead of those pictures that everyone posts of beautiful beaches and crystal clear water.
Today I find it suitable to post mine, weβve had a beautiful morning on the beach π after I woke up really early and then hit the gym before 6AM! I was the first one there and even had to turn on the lights and air conditioning. I had a fantastic run ππ»ββοΈ about which Iβll report once Iβm back.
Here is that fantastic view of the beaches here in our resort, in this picture my kids are enjoying the warm water and the fantastic weather all round:

Yeah, don't swim in it unless it's summer time, then it'll get better, but that's fresh mountain water, so it won't be warm.
"Fresh mountain water" sounds so refreshing! Could also be a cool name for a body wash.
Switzerland is fantastic and we have our own crystal clear water and beautiful mountains to top it all off. Although the water is not as warm as it is in the Maldives
I was surprised when I saw majority of people drinking from water fountains (vs water bottles) , water quality doesn't seem to be an issue over there ( unlike USA) !!
Well, we do get the water fresh from the mountains and there's not much opportunity in between for pollution. The Swiss are also very environmental concious, that also helps.

I'm doing good. Started this new job and it's been wearing me out so haven't been able to post much here but I plan on picking up where I left off on my synopsis this weekend. And gonna try getting way aheas to have posts ready in preparation for these instances

It's fantastic and not just the colour, but the water is also nice and warm, the kids really enjoyed playing in it. Go there before the Maldives have disappeared below sea-level.
It goes on my someday maybe for now.... but will have the "below sea-level" warning.
