You guys came to Washington, you could have driven another 2 hours and Vancouver is right there :)
Well we did go to Vancouver, but we went by train ( worst idea ever haha ) at night time too, so we didn't even get to watch the scenery, nor did we realise trains in Canada and America are SO slow!! Wish we had driven!
It's hard to get to places with public transport in the US/Canada because both are a driving culture :)
