Leaving Positano, Italy for Capri.

I did this in 2016! Positano and the Amalfi Coast is probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen. It was a blast being on the buses on the twisty mountain roads hundreds of feet above the sea.

I actually proposed to my girlfriend in Capri. We can't wait to go back.

Yeah! Technically I think outside of Positano, hike the Path of the Gods! It’s pretty neat and high up and you get great views of the water and mountains. Also you see a lot of vineyards. Chez Black is on the beach and a little touristy but pretty good food. There are some other spots to I can look back at if you’re interested.

We walked from the restaurant above the blue grotto (we hired a small boat to take us around the island) all the way across to Capri and did the chairlift along the way. We planned to take the bus but just kept walking and walking and waking. Peroni in hand.

I go to Naples every year and actually prefer Ischia to Capri as it’s less pretentious. That being said I spent my honeymoon in anacapri and it was glorious. All I can say is make sure to spend some time in the city. Go the San Severo church. Eat at sorbillo is the centro storico and lap up the culture.
